The purpose of this 4 weeks (Part I) course is to:

1. Identify root determinants of health and dis-ease that contribute to vitality and wellbeing or the lack thereof.

2. Recognize your common cultural and body modification norms and evaluate their impact upon your health.

3. Build awareness of environmental influencers of the conflict (emotional and biological) that are within your power to change.

4. Excavate genetic and energetic patterns that may be contributing to disharmony within your biological system.

At the end of this course you will have learned to:

1. Situate the biological and emotional conflicts in your own personal life (disease-illness). Initiate to heal.

2. Start an understanding of Vitalism for co-creating health with the universal energy. Learning what daily choices and patterns you are practicing that are influencing the experience of health or disease.

3. How to minimize risk factors and make favorable simple choices to increase vitality through the practice of protocols and exercises.

One of 11 full-blooded siblings, born and raised in Utah. Natural medicine was cultivated from a young age when her mother would have her assist in gathering yarrow and mullein for medicinal purposes. She has developed deep familiarity with health through natural practices including nutrition through whole foods, herbal supplementation and homeopathic remedies. Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Utah State University with a degree in Psychology. Attended Midwifery College of Utah and have supported women through pregnancy and labor for over a decade. She is a certified Herbalist through the School of Natural Medicine and currently working on a clinical practitioner certification through the School of Evolutionary Herbalism. Homebased business supporting individuals in her community with bodywork. She specializes in Fascia therapy and utilize techniques that include guasha and cupping. Her life purpose revolves around acquiring, maintaining and sharing the wisdom that keeps us human souls functioning in optimal health and wellbeing psychologically, spiritually, nutritionally, and physically.
